Technicqll Standard epoxy adhesive 2x12ml

Technicqll Epoxy Standard is a two-component epoxy adhesive in a twin-chamber syringe that doses the adhesive and the hardener together. It bonds rigid materials, fills gaps and cracks and does not shrink, so you can also use it to coat electronic components and to join heavy, uneven surfaces. The bond resists temperature, water, oil and petrol. Once cured, the adhesive can be painted and worked.

Uses

• Coating electronic components
• Joining heavy, uneven surfaces
• Castings, such as pot lid handles and radio knobs
• Chemical-resistant joints, for example in laboratory tables and floors
• For larger castings you can embed Technicqll glass mesh T-048 in the adhesive as reinforcement

• PVC and hard plastics (except PP, PE and PTFE)
• Metal and alloys, aluminium, steel, chrome, gold, silver
• Wood and wood-based materials, cork
• Porcelain, ceramics, stone, marble, concrete, brick, glass
• Fabric, fibreglass, rubber

Do not use

• For bonding PP, PE and PTFE

How to use

• Clean the surfaces, for example with sandpaper, and remove all oil and grease.
• Squeeze the amount of adhesive and hardener you need from the syringe and mix until the colour is even.
• Apply the mix to one of the surfaces and press the surfaces firmly together if needed.
• Hold the bonded parts still for 3-4 hours, under pressure if needed.

• IF ON SKIN (or hair): take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.
• IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• Avoid release to the environment.
• Dispose of the contents and container in line with the waste regulations in force.
