Technicqll 1-minute epoxy adhesive 2x12ml

Technicqll Epoxy 1 min. is a two-component epoxy adhesive in a syringe. You use the mixed adhesive within 1 minute and it reaches handling strength in 8 minutes, so a repair is done within minutes. It cures transparent, so the joint stays colourless and invisible. Once it has cured, you can paint, drill, sand, thread or file it.

It bonds and fixes electronic components and protects them from moisture, dust and dirt, and you can use it to pot electronic parts. In a car it protects repairs made with the electrically conductive lacquer R-082, for example on the heating tracks of car windows. It also suits jewellery (for example joining amber to gold or silver), emergency repairs around the house, filling cavities in stone (for example in a granite or marble monument) and repairing sports equipment such as delaminated ski bases and badminton or tennis rackets.

How to use

• The surfaces must be free of grease, clean and dry.
• Use the adhesive at temperatures above +10°C.
• Open the nozzle while holding the syringe upright. Push out the air, squeeze the amount you need of both components onto a plastic base and mix until the colour is even.
• Use the mixed adhesive within 1 minute. Apply it to one surface.
• Press the surfaces firmly together and keep them still until the adhesive has cured.
• Clean the excess adhesive off the nozzle and put the nozzle back on the syringe.
• You can speed up curing by warming the repair with warm air, for example with a hair dryer.

Warning

• Causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation.
• May cause an allergic skin reaction. Contains epoxy components.
• Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
• If on skin: wash with plenty of soap and water.
• If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, then keep rinsing.
• Dispose of the contents and container in line with the waste regulations in force.
