Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file the shop stores on your device. Some are needed for the shop to work at all. The rest run only once you allow them, and not before.
Essential cookies
These are always on. Signing in and the basket do not work without them, so there is no separate consent for them.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
at_session | Keeps you signed in | 30 days |
at_oauth_state | Ties a Google sign-in to the browser that started it | 5 minutes |
at_cart | Remembers your basket | 30 days |
at_coupon | Holds a discount code from a link until it reaches your basket | 30 days |
at_consent | Remembers this choice | 12 months |
at_guest | Lets a guest invited before launch into the shop, only through an invitation link | 14 days |
Only on your device
The products you looked at last are kept in your browser's local storage
(at.recently_viewed) so we can show them to you again. The list stays on your
device and never reaches us.
Analytics
Runs only with your consent. We measure how the shop is used: which pages are
looked at, where buying breaks down, and where visitors came from. Two services
process the data: PostHog Cloud EU in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), inside the
European Union, and Google Analytics, run by Google Ireland Limited, which may
transfer data to Google LLC in the United States.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
ph_*_posthog | Tells visits apart, so they can be counted | 12 months |
_ga | Tells visitors apart for Google Analytics | 12 months |
_ga_* | Keeps one visit together for Google Analytics | 12 months |
Google Analytics runs without Google signals. Its advertising features (storing an ad click and ad personalisation) are on only with your marketing consent.
Entries under the same name are also written to your browser's local storage. Every input field is masked in recorded sessions, so names, addresses, phone numbers and payment details never reach a recording.
Marketing
Runs only with your consent. We measure which of our ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google lead to a purchase, and show ads that match your interests. The data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer it to their parent companies in the United States.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
_fbp | Tells your browser apart for Meta | 90 days |
_fbc | Remembers that you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad | 90 days |
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Remember for Google that you came from a Google ad | 90 days |
at_gclid | Remembers our own copy of that Google ad click, for the order you place | 90 days |
Your browser's local storage keeps at_meta_reported, a note of which orders
were already reported to Meta, so opening the confirmation page again does not
count the same purchase twice. It stays until you withdraw consent or clear your
browser's storage.
If you agreed to marketing and buy, Meta and Google receive the order's number, products and value, and your email address and phone number in hashed form, so they can link the purchase to the ad you saw. If you say no, they receive nothing about you.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops the measurement at once and deletes that purpose's cookies from your device.
