Technicqll Mounting adhesive COLOS Force extra strong MS-Polymer 25ml

Technicqll Colos Force is an MS polymer mounting adhesive for fitting finishing and building elements indoors and outdoors, heavy and large-size elements included. It grabs at once and needs no support: the initial tack is 49 g/cm² (490 kg/m²) and the final strength 29 kg/cm².

It bonds all materials and substrates except polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), and it also works on damp surfaces. Once cured, the adhesive stays permanently elastic and resists vibration and impact, extreme weather, UV radiation, fungi and mould, and temperatures from -40 °C to +100 °C. You can paint over it.

MS polymer combines the elasticity of silicone with the strength of polyurethane. The adhesive is free of solvents and isocyanates and resists ageing: it does not crack or crumble and causes no corrosion, staining or discolouration of the surfaces.

How to use

• Pierce the tube opening with the top of the cap. Fit the supplied key on the bottom end of the tube and turn it to roll the tube up.
• The surfaces must be clean, dust-free and grease-free. Work at +5 °C to +40 °C.
• Apply the adhesive to one surface in vertical stripes every 10-20 cm.
• Press the parts firmly together, leaving a 2-3 mm air gap. No extra support is needed.
• You can adjust the position of the parts within 5 minutes. A touch-dry skin usually forms in about 10-20 minutes.
• Final strength is reached after 24 hours (for a 2-3 mm layer).
• Remove uncured adhesive with white spirit, and cured adhesive mechanically.

Storage and safety

• Store tightly closed at +5 °C to +25 °C.
