Technicqll rapid wood glue 10-min 30ml

Technicqll Wood Glue Rapid is a new-generation, fast-curing water-based dispersion glue made on vinyl resins. It bonds wood and wood-derived materials, including plywood, chipboard and hard and soft fibreboards. Indoors you can use it on furniture, kitchen and bathroom furniture included; outdoors it suits garden furniture that is not in long, direct contact with water.

Once cured, the glue is moisture resistant (class D3) and the joint stays invisible: the glue is white and turns colourless as it cures. Before it dries, the glue dissolves in water, so you can clean your tools with water. It contains no solvents but has a characteristic smell, so air the room after use.

How to use

• The parts must be clean and dry.
• Use the glue above +10°C and on wood with a moisture content below 12%.
• Apply the glue to one surface and join the parts. Wipe off excess glue with a damp cloth.
• The initial bond forms in 10 minutes. The speed depends on temperature, air flow, humidity and the type of wood.
• Press the parts firmly together and keep them clamped for at least 12 hours.
• Keep the glue away from tools and parts that contain iron, so the joint does not discolour.
• A joint heated above 50°C may turn yellow.
