Technicqll instant adhesive 2g

Technicqll CIA - Standard is a low viscosity general purpose adhesive based on ethyl cyanoacrylate, made for bonding closely fitting parts. It bonds metal, aluminium, glass, rubber, plastics (PVC, ABS), wood, ceramics, leather, cork, stone, paper and cardboard. For polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and PTFE, use the Technicqll adhesive for hard-to-bond plastics. The adhesive is colourless and gives an initial bond in 2-60 seconds, depending on the material.

You can use it to repair jewellery and ornaments, appliance and laptop housings, toys, plastic flaps on phones, porcelain figures, small parts of musical instruments and models, and to bond O-rings.

Use

• When you open the tube for the first time, pierce the membrane with the top of the cap.
• The surfaces to be joined must be clean and dry.
• Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces, join the parts quickly and check that they are aligned.
• Press the parts together so that the adhesive spreads evenly over the whole joint, and hold them still for a dozen or so seconds. Do not move the parts or try to rejoin them while the adhesive sets.
• The maker recommends bonding at room temperature and 50-60% relative humidity. In dry air or at low temperatures, use the Technicqll instant adhesive with activator.
• Remove excess adhesive with the Technicqll instant adhesive remover (P-093).

Safety

• Contains ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate. Cyanoacrylate, danger: bonds skin and eyes in seconds.
• Causes serious eye irritation and skin irritation, and may cause respiratory irritation.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
• IF ON SKIN: wash with plenty of soap and water.
• IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing.
• Dispose of the contents and container in line with the waste regulations in force.
