K2 Metal Bond two-component epoxy adhesive for metal

K2 Metal Bond is a two-component epoxy adhesive for bonding metal. Once the epoxy resin and hardener are mixed and the adhesive has cured, you can drill, tap, sand and file the joint. You can also use it to fill cavities. It suits bonding and repair jobs in car repair, and both industrial and home use.

K2 is a Polish car chemicals maker whose range covers everyday care products and the K2 Pro detailing series.

Use

• Clean and degrease the parts to be repaired.
• Squeeze equal amounts from both tubes onto a clean surface, only as much as you can use within a few minutes.
• Mix the two components until the colour is uniform.
• Apply to the surface being repaired and press the parts together.
• Remove any excess before it hardens.

The adhesive starts to set quickly, and slightly slower at lower temperatures.

• Hardener: harmful if swallowed, causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation. Contains 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol and benzyl alcohol.
