Hi-Gear Cooling system flush 7min 325ml

Hi-Gear cooling system flush cleans rust, deposits and other residue out of the cooling system and quickly opens a clogged system. It removes scale and grease-like deposits, also from the part of the cooling system behind the cylinders, so the cylinders' operating temperature stabilises and their wear decreases. It removes local overheating zones, restores coolant circulation and makes the engine less likely to overheat in traffic jams.

The flush also cleans the water pump seals and bearings of ethylene glycol residue, which can corrode the seals. It contains no acids. One pack is for a cooling system holding 10-17 L of coolant, and its working time is 7 min.

How to use

• Switch the engine off and let it cool down.
• Open the heater valve fully, if the cooling system has one.
• Drain all the coolant from the system.
• Mix the contents of the pack thoroughly with 4-5 L of water.
• Pour the solution into the cooling system.
• Bring the volume up to the specified level by adding water.
• Start the engine and warm it up at idle at 1500-2500 rpm for 5-7 minutes.
• Switch the ignition off and let the engine cool down.
• Drain the mixture of water and flush from the cooling system through the radiator drain plug.
• Flush the cooling system with water until the water coming out is completely clean.
• Fill the system with new coolant as the engine maker instructs.

Warning

• Do not open the radiator cap on a hot engine: it is dangerous.
