Description
Motip White Grease is a beige, thixotropic white grease containing PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), in a 500 ml aerosol can. It lubricates and protects mechanical parts of metal or plastic, such as hinges, locks, bearings, springs, chains, switches, open gears, sliding bearings and lifting equipment, and it reduces wear. It suits metal-to-metal contact as well as metal-to-synthetic contact.
The grease is water-repellent and pH neutral, and it resists salts and weak acids and alkalis. Viscosity is high and the operating temperature is -30 to +160 °C.
Use
- The aerosol should be at room temperature; the recommended processing temperature is 10-25 °C.
- Shake the can for 2 minutes before use.
- Apply in a thin layer.
- Lubrication is optimal once the solvent has evaporated.
