Technicqll graphite grease 100ml

Technicqll Graphite Grease is a calcium grease on a mineral oil base with added natural graphite. The paste adheres to metal surfaces and coats them, protecting them against corrosion and seizing. It makes screw and spline joints easier to assemble and lets you take them apart later without damaging the parts. The graphite keeps the grease lubricating even in very dusty conditions.

It is made for heavily loaded, slow-moving friction points working at -20 to +60 °C: spline and screw joints, chains, sprockets, open gear and worm drives, concrete mixer gears, sliding gate sprockets and racks, and other outdoor equipment. Use it also on car leaf springs, truck fifth-wheel plates and threads exposed to corrosion, and on bolts to make them easier to undo. It also works as an ordinary assembly grease. It is not suitable for plain bearings or precision mechanisms.

Directions

• Clean the parts to be lubricated of dust, water, grease and other dirt.
• Apply a suitable amount of grease to the surfaces.
