Technicqll Vehicle Bonding Tape is a double-sided tape with a PE foam carrier and an acrylic adhesive. It replaces screws, bolts and rivets and bonds to smooth, hard surfaces: plastics (including PE, PP and ABS), metal and painted surfaces, as well as metal alloys, wood, glass, foils, rubber, ceramics, paper and cardboard. You can use it indoors and outdoors, and it withstands weather, temperature changes, UV radiation, car cleaning agents and chemicals.

Use it to fix car parts in the garage and workshop: trim strips, emblems, nameplates and signs, holders for a phone, notebook or thermometer, blind-spot mirrors, additional stop lights and antennas, and flat parts on windows, doors and smooth outer facades.

Directions

• Clean the surfaces to be joined and degrease them.
• Do not degrease with cleaners that contain shine agents.
• Use the tape at temperatures above +10 °C.
• Cut a piece of the right length and apply it to one surface so that the tape is in full contact with it. 1 cm² of tape holds up to 10 kg.
• Peel off the liner without touching the adhesive layer.
• Line up the parts, press them firmly together and hold them in place for 15 seconds.
• The joint reaches full strength after 24 hours.
