IDEAL Battery tester with printer BDT7000, 12 / 24 V

The IDEAL BDT7000 is a battery and electrical system tester with a colour LCD display and a printer for checking the battery and the charging system. The battery test shows the state of charge and starting ability of 12 V vehicle batteries and works with WET, VRLA, GEL, EFB, AGM Spiral and flat AGM batteries. The starting test and the alternator test check the starting system and the charging circuit of 12 V and 24 V vehicles.

The alternator test tells you whether the charging voltage is OK, missing, low or high. The starting test tells you whether the starting voltage is OK or low or the engine did not start, and shows the lowest battery voltage during the start. The tester warns you when the clamps are connected with reversed polarity, when there is no battery voltage or it is too low, and when the tester's batteries or the printer paper need replacing. The last 5 results stay in memory and you can print them at any time, with your company name on the printout. The tester is powered by the battery under test and by four 1.5 V LR6 AA batteries, which are included.
