Dupli Color EFFECT PRIMER effect paint primer, white 400ML

Dupli Color EFFECT PRIMER is a white matt primer for effect paints, in a spray can. Use it to prime the surface before you apply a fluorescent paint such as Dupli Color NEON SPRAY: on a white base the fluorescent effect comes out in full.

The primer is of nitro-combi quality and suits metals, glass, ceramics, stone and many other surfaces. Do not use it on polystyrene.
