Chamäleon 404 Wash/Etch primer greenish 1L

Chamäleon 404 2K Wash/Etch primer is an acid-curing, chromate-free two-component etch primer developed for aluminium surfaces. On metal, iron included, it gives adhesion and active corrosion protection. You can use it both as an etch primer and as a filler primer, and it is made for professional body repair on cars and trucks.

The primer resists weak acids and bases, solvents, water and de-icing salt, and you can still sand it after a longer period. For corrosion protection, use it together with any acrylic primer. Mix the primer with hardener 12044 at a ratio of 2:1; on large surfaces you can also mix it 1:1.

• If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• Call a poison centre or doctor immediately.
• Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.
• Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with local regulations.
