Carplan touch-up paint pen black

The Carplan touch-up paint pen is a tinted stick for scratches and stone chips in the paint and suits all paint finishes. It hides visible scratches and paint damage straight away and helps protect the damaged area from oxidation and corrosion. The pen is made in seven colours; this one is black. It is not a permanent repair.

How to use

• Preparation: wash the car with car shampoo and dry it thoroughly. Degrease the damaged area with a petroleum-based solvent.
• Apply the pen to the damaged area with enough pressure, following the shape of the damage.
• Scratches: move the pen back and forth at a 90-degree angle along the whole length of the scratch.
• Stone chips: work from the centre outwards in circular movements until the damage is fully covered, and cover the edges of the chip too.
• Afterwards, polish the treated area with a soft, clean cloth to remove wax residue from the paint.
