Carplan T-Cut headlight restoration kit

The T-Cut Headlight Restoration Kit restores dull, yellowed and scratched headlights. The polishing compound removes the dull, yellowed and oxidised layer and light scratches, and takes abrasions and haziness off uncoated clear plastic headlights. It works on all types of plastic, glass and acrylic headlights, and you can polish by hand or by machine.

The sealant protects the restored lens against sunlight, rain and bird lime and keeps it from fading or oxidising.

How to use

• Wash the headlights and dry them thoroughly.
• Mask the painted surface around the headlight with masking tape.
• By hand: use 2 microfibre cloths, one to apply the product and one to buff it off.
• By machine (dual action polisher or rotary buffer): only with the T-Cut Medium Polishing Pad, at approx. 1,000-1,800 rpm.
• Do not use on windows or windscreens.
• Store and transport the sealant upright and secured.
