Description
An AMiO kit for restoring heavily dulled, yellowed headlights. Its 14 parts are enough for two headlights, and the work goes in three steps: sand, polish, protect. An electric polisher is not included. You can polish by hand, but a drill or a polisher gives a better result, and the adapter with an M10 thread attaches the backing plate to a drill.

How to use
- Preparation: clean the headlight glass with water and mask the area around it with the tape so that the painted surfaces nearby are not scratched.
- Sanding: wet the sanding sheet with water and fit it to the backing plate. Sand from coarse to fine, P800, P1200 and then P2000 (the grit is printed on the back of each sheet), in that order, to remove the yellowing, dullness and corrosion.
- Polishing: fit the orange sponge to the backing plate, put polishing paste from the tube on it and polish until the glass shines again. By hand, make at least 200 clockwise circles with the sponge.
- Protection: clean off the polishing residue and dry the glass. Apply the UV protection liquid evenly at 15 °C or above, keep the headlight out of sunlight while you apply it, and leave the liquid on for 10-15 minutes. Then let it dry in direct sunlight for 1-2 hours, and keep dust and dirt out of the coating, as they affect the brightness of the headlight.
- Afterwards: keep the glass dry and do not wash it for 24 hours.
