Bosch BTD 101 (HV) battery leak tester

The Bosch BTD 101 leak tester checks the tightness of electric-vehicle components such as battery packs, liquid cooling plates and motor drive housings, for workshops that work on these parts. It tests at low and high pressure, and servo motor control drives the test.

The tester regulates the pressure automatically to the target pressure you set. Once the target is reached, it switches to test mode on its own and starts looking for leaks. The test hose attaches with a magnetic quick connector, which prevents damage to the device if the hose comes off by accident. The tester runs Android 4.4.2 on a 10.1-inch touch screen, with a pre-installed operating system and guided commissioning that shorten setup on site. Checks and software updates run over WiFi, so no computer is needed. Work data logs and detailed test reports support troubleshooting and documentation for the customer.
