Valvoline DPF Cleaner & Regenerator 300ml

Valvoline Diesel DPF Cleaner and Regenerator is an additive package that lowers the burn-off temperature of the soot in the diesel particulate filter (DPF). That lets the filter's automatic burn-off, its regeneration, start at lower exhaust gas temperatures. It helps keep the DPF working and avoid a cleaning repair or a filter replacement at a workshop.

It suits all diesel engines with an OEM or aftermarket DPF. Use it as preventive maintenance, especially if you drive mostly in town: short trips, long idling in traffic jams and frequent accelerating and braking keep the filter from regenerating. Use it as well after the DPF has been regenerated manually at a workshop or has had any other specialized cleaning. No special equipment is needed.

How to use

• Add the bottle to the diesel tank, for 40-80 litres of diesel.
• Use it at every third tankful.
• Have at least 10 litres of diesel in the tank.
• Do not overdose.

Important

Do not use it on vehicles with a factory-fitted additive system that uses AdBlue or similar. Such systems are found on certain models of Renault, Peugeot, Citroen, VW, Audi, BMW, MB, Opel, Ford, Toyota and Mazda, for example.
