Liqui Moly zinc spray 400ml

Liqui Moly Zinc Spray is a pre-paint primer whose dried film is zinc of 99% purity. It protects metal parts against corrosion actively through electrochemical processes and leaves a smooth, pore-free and flexible matt film. It is temperature resistant up to approx. 500 °C.

The zinc spray protects iron and steel surfaces, especially welding seams, from rust and corrosion. You can use it to repair damaged galvanised surfaces and to protect the vehicle's entire exhaust system.

Usage

• Shake the can for approx. 2 minutes before use.
• Spray in thin coats onto clean, degreased and dry metal from a distance of approx. 20-30 cm.
• After a single spraying the dry zinc film is 25-35 µm thick.
• The film can be painted over, but with so many paint systems on the market, test yours first.
• After use, hold the can upside down and spray until only propellant comes out, so the valve stays clear.

Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn the container, even after use. Do not breathe dust, fume, gas, mist, vapours or spray. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection. Call a poison centre or doctor if you feel unwell. Store locked up. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C. Dispose of the contents and container at a suitable waste disposal site.
