SPIN Coolant exchange equipment EWS3800 for ICE/MHEV/HEV/PHEV/EV vehicles

The SPIN EWS 3800 is dual-mode coolant exchange equipment for cooling system maintenance on cars and light vans. You use it on vehicles with an internal combustion engine (ICE: diesel, petrol, LPG) as well as on electric and hybrid vehicles (MHEV, HEV, PHEV, EV).

In WS mode you flush the whole cooling system of a combustion-engined vehicle and replace the coolant, with the machine connected in series between the radiator and the engine. EV mode is for electric and hybrid vehicles and works through the expansion tank: you run leak tests with pressure and vacuum, draw a vacuum and fill the system under vacuum.

You follow the work on an outlet pressure gauge, a precision vacuum gauge and two fluid flow meters. An injector lets you add the ZEUS decarbonising additive to the system.
