Qoltec EV charging station (wallbox) 22 kW with Type 2 cable

The Qoltec EV Charging Station Type2 is a 22 kW wallbox for charging an electric car or a plug-in hybrid. The three-phase station supplies up to 32 A per phase and charges through its 5 m Type 2 cable. The Type 2 connector has 7 contacts (3 or 5 for charging, 2 for communication) and is designed for vehicles with a charging power above 3 kW. You can mount the station on a wall or on a freestanding post. It comes with a 0.54 m Wall End Wire power cable, which an electrician connects directly to the mains.

An LCD display and LEDs show the charging status. Over Wi-Fi you pair the station with the Smart Life / Tuya app, where you set the charging current from 1 A to 32 A and the charging time and schedule. A built-in RFID card reader authorises charging, and 2 cards come with the station. Each press of the clock button delays charging by 1 hour. To release the emergency stop button, turn it to RESET.

The station has a built-in Type B residual current device (RCD) and protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, thermal overload, short circuit and leakage current, and it monitors grounding and temperature. Use it only on a mains supply fitted with a residual current circuit breaker, and do not use it with an additional power supply.

In the box: the charger, a wall mounting bracket, mounting screws, a user manual and 2 RFID cards with a case.
