OSRAM LEDriving HL BRIGHT HB3/H10/HIR1 12 V 19 W LED retrofit lamp

OSRAM LEDriving HL BRIGHT HB3/H10/HIR1 is an LED retrofit lamp that replaces conventional HB3/H10/HIR1 halogen high and low beam lamps on a 12 V on-board network. It is mainly used for low beam, high beam and fog light. Its compact shape lets you fit it in cars that take the matching halogen lamp type. The lamp is for use off public roads only.

The cool white light has a color temperature of 6000 K. Brightness is up to +300 % above the ECE R112 minimum (compared for H7/H18 and H4/H19), and life is up to 5 times longer compared with ECE R112. The pair of lamps comes with a 4-year OSRAM guarantee.

These lamps have no ECE type approval and must not be used on public roads in any exterior lighting function. Using them on a public road voids the vehicle's operating licence and its insurance cover. Their sale and use are banned in several countries.
