Motip Power Brake Cleaner 500ml

Motip Power Brake Cleaner is a brake cleaner in a 500 ml aerosol can. It cleans brake parts such as cylinders, pads, discs and calipers of oil, grease and dirt, and removes brake squeal. It also removes oil, grease, dirt and brake fluid from brake drums, hoses and linings, works as a universal degreaser, and cleans carburettors, injectors and electromechanical connections.

According to the maker, it can be used on drum brakes, disc brakes, brake linings, calipers and brake shoes. It leaves no residue and is non-conductive and non-corrosive. The aerosol can be used in various positions and has a 360° valve.

Use

• Shake the aerosol for 2 minutes before use.
• Spray the parts until the contamination has disappeared.
• Treat contaminated brake cleaner as chemical waste.

• Extremely flammable aerosol. The container is under pressure and may burst when heated.
• Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and flames. Do not smoke and do not spray onto flames.
• Do not store above 50 °C. Protect from sunlight.
• Causes skin irritation. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not inhale the spray.
• Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
• May form explosive mixtures if ventilation is insufficient.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Contains: hydrocarbons C6-C7, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics, <5% n-hexane.
