Motip touch-up paint 400ml

Motip Kompakt Car Paint is a touch-up paint in a 400 ml aerosol can for repairing car parts. The lacquer is based on the original car colours and suits scratches, stone chip damage and small dents.

Use

• The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.
• First apply a MOTIP primer suited to the surface, then sand the dry base layer with grain 600.
• Recommended processing temperature is 10 to 25 °C, with the can at room temperature.
• Shake the can for 2 minutes and spray a test patch.
• Spray from about 25 to 30 cm and apply in several thin layers. Shake the can again before each layer.
• Finish with a layer of acrylic clear varnish.
• After use, clean the valve: turn the can upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds.
