Motip primer and rust converter 2in1, 400 ml

Motip Rust Converter Spray is a rust converter and primer in one work step, in an aerosol. It is for rust control on all kinds of vehicles and machines. The epoxy resin base bonds with the neutralised rust layer into a metal-organic iron complex. The result is a black, very compact protective layer that forms the base for the finishing coat.

It is free of lead and zinc chromate and heat resistant up to 160 °C.

Use

• Remove loose rust and subsurface rust before treatment.
• Shake the aerosol for 2 minutes before use and spray a sample first.
• Spray from a distance of about 25 to 30 cm.
• For extra resistance to water, salt water and solvents, let the layer dry for 15 minutes, then stove it for 15 minutes at 160 °C.
