Motip stone chip protection black for spray gun 1l

Motip Stone Chip Spray (Medium Solid) is a black stone chip protection (1 l) that you apply with a UBC spray gun. It protects the underside, sills and wheel arches of a car against rust and stone chips, and also protects visible bodywork parts against stone chips.

It forms a strong, elastic layer that protects against stones, salt and acids. The layer resists weather and weak acids and bases, stays flexible and dampens sound. You can paint over it with another colour.

Use

• Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface. It must be clean, dry and grease-free.
• Recommended processing temperature: 15-25 °C, can at room temperature. Shake the can before use.
• Apply with a UBC spray gun at a working pressure of 2-4 bar, in the layer thickness you need.
• Once dry, the layer can be painted over with any lacquer system without sanding.
• After use, clean the spray gun with white spirit.
• Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the air humidity and the thickness of the applied layer.
