Motip removable coating black matt 500ml

Motip Removable Coating is an aerosol paint film that you can later pull off the surface as a film. Use it to cover rims and body parts temporarily or permanently, as a protective film on doors and boot lids, as chip protection, and for painting trim and emblems.

It also suits motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, sports equipment, caravans and trailers, as well as household and hobby projects. Apply it to smooth, non-absorbent surfaces: pure metal, aluminium, glass, hard plastic or 2-component paints. Do not use it on synthetic (alkyd) or other 1-component paints, or on surfaces treated with 1K lacquer systems. No primer is needed. The film can be sprayed over.

Use

• Clean the surface, do not sand.
• Shake the aerosol for 3 minutes and spray a sample.
• Keep a spray distance of about 25-30 cm.
• Apply at least 5 layers, with 5 minutes between layers.
• Apply an extra layer at corners and edges so the film does not crack when you remove it.
• To remove the coating, pull the film off the surface.
