Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Synthetic Clay Kit smooths and protects your paint in one step: the Hybrid Ceramic Detailer adds protection and the synthetic clay pad smooths the paintwork.

After washing and drying the car, run your fingertips over the paint. If it feels rough and bumpy, bonded contamination is stuck to it: paint dust, water spots, brake dust, pollen and other fallout. This dirt keeps the paint from reflecting light as it should. The kit holds what you need to make the surface glass-smooth again and leave a layer of hybrid ceramic protection on the paint.

The synthetic clay pad works like traditional clay but is easier to handle, you can use it again and again, and it does not haze the surface as it cleans. The Hybrid Ceramic Detailer is the lubricant that lets the clay pad glide over the surface, and it leaves a layer of hybrid ceramic protection on the paint that repels water.
