Liqui Moly A/C System Cleaner air conditioning cleaner aerosol

Liqui Moly A/C System Cleaner is a cleaning liquid that removes mould and bacteria, legionella for example, from the air conditioning of cars, commercial vehicles, buses and homes without dismantling it. After cleaning it leaves a fresh scent. It is a biocide: use it safely and always read the label and product information before use.

Usage

The cleaner comes in single portions: one pack is for one vehicle or one air conditioner. If the air conditioner maker gives a cleaning recommendation, follow it. If the car maker has no model-specific instructions, follow the LIQUI MOLY recommendation. On commercial vehicles, buses and home air conditioners, spray the cleaner straight onto the evaporator where you can.

LIQUI MOLY recommends this procedure for cars:

• Keep a window open while cleaning and do not breathe in the fumes.
• Check that the condensate drains are not blocked.
• Dry the evaporator for 10 minutes with the engine running: A/C off, air recirculation on, air distribution to the footwell, temperature and blower at maximum.
• Insert the probe towards the evaporator (in the middle of the vehicle), start the cleaner and move the probe carefully back and forth to rinse and clean the evaporator thoroughly.
• Let the cleaner work for 15-20 minutes.
• Dry the evaporator for 10 minutes with the same heater and blower settings as before cleaning.
• Replace the dust and pollen filter.

Wipe up spilled cleaner with a damp cloth and water.
