Laser Tools Mini air needle de-scaler

The Laser Tools Mini Air Needle De-Scaler is an air needle de-scaler for cleaning surfaces and removing rust from metal surfaces and components, including brake caliper carriers, ABS mounts and bearing housings.

It has 13 needles, 1.4 mm in diameter and 80 mm long, and the piston has a 24 mm stroke. You can change the exposed needle length by approx. 20 mm by moving the blue collar with a 3 mm hex key.

The speed is adjustable, a safety trigger lever prevents accidental activation, and the exhaust turns through 360°. The compact, lightweight body suits fine or intricate work and tight spaces.

Replacement needles are sold separately, part no. S183-62839. Oil the tool daily and always wear eye and ear protection.
