Laser Tools Injector puller Renault/Opel 2.0L DCi

The Laser Tools Diesel Injector Puller Kit removes the injectors from the M9R 2.0 L diesel engine that Nissan, Renault and Opel use. On this engine the injectors sit deep and are often hard to remove. The kit works the same way as the original manufacturer's tool, with a small threaded puller.

The kit has two force screws with different threads, so it works on both the Piezo and the solenoid injectors these engines use. To remove the tamper-proof plug you also need Laser part S183-4761.

Before use, lubricate the threaded force screws with clean molybdenum disulphide grease. The injectors can be very tight and need plenty of lubrication before they move, so where possible run the engine up to working temperature before you remove them. Turn the force nut with 30 mm hand tools only: it is not suitable for impact tools.
