Technicqll Threadlocker 6620 medium strength 10g

Technicqll Threadlocker 6620 is a universal medium-strength anaerobic threadlocker. It stops bolts and nuts from working loose under vibration and shocks and replaces cotter pins and spring washers. Once cured, it forms a hard seal that prevents corrosion. Its medium strength lets you take the joint apart with ordinary hand tools.

Use it on bolts and nuts that are undone during preservation or maintenance work, on service fasteners in machines, on cylinder head bolts and on lightly loaded bearings. It also seals threaded surfaces and joins and seals metal to plastic, glass and rubber. It suits brass, copper, magnesium, iron, steel, nickel and aluminium.

An anaerobic adhesive cures in the absence of oxygen: oxygen holds the reaction back, but once the adhesive sits in the joint and air is shut out, it cures quickly. At least one of the surfaces must be metal, because the metal acts as the catalyst. The adhesive does not drip and fills gaps of 0.05 to 0.20 mm.

Directions

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Cut off the applicator tip.
• Apply a few drops to the bolt thread, for example over 3-4 turns.
• Never dip a metal part into the adhesive bottle.
