KB Global Washing liquid for ultrasonic cleaners 1 litre

KB Global washing liquid for ultrasonic cleaners is a concentrate with a wide range of uses: car workshops, the automotive trade, laboratories and the military. It removes vegetable and animal fats, protein deposits, organic dirt, burn marks, oils and greases. The liquid contains a chelating agent that binds metal ions and a corrosion inhibitor.

How to use

Make a 2-5% solution: top up 20-50 ml of the liquid with water to 1 l. Demineralised water is recommended. Clean heavy dirt with a 10% solution (100 ml of liquid topped up with water to 1 l). After washing, rinse the cleaned parts with water.

Warnings

• H314: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
• H318: Causes serious eye damage.
• P264: Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
• P280: Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
• P301+P330+P331: If swallowed: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
• P303+P361+P353: If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P501: Dispose of the contents and container in suitably labelled containers for separate waste collection, emptied by an authorised company.

Ingredients

15-30% phosphates, 5-15% silicates, <5% potassium hydroxide, polycarboxylates.
