KB Global Analogue tester for checking diesel high-pressure pumps (COMMON RAIL)

An analogue high-pressure tester with connection hoses for checking a diesel high-pressure pump and system while the engine is cranked by the starter or running. The reading scale runs from 0 to 2000 bar. A built-in pressure relief valve limits the maximum pressure to about 1500 bar so the pump is not damaged. Two sets of flexible hoses let you connect the tester in hard-to-reach places.

Common Rail injection systems work at more than 1000 bar and are fitted to most modern diesel vehicles. Other testers often rely only on the digital signal of the vehicle's pressure sensors, and a misadjusted or damaged sensor can show wrong values.
