K2 High-temp. Silicone, black, +350 °C

K2 Black Silicone +350°C is a black high-temp. silicone that withstands up to +350 °C. Use it to seal joints and in place of conventional gaskets: it replaces cork, paper, felt, asbestos and rubber gaskets and meets car manufacturers' (O.E.M.) requirements.

The SENSOR SAFE formula makes it safe for lambda sensors in cars with electronic fuel injection. It is resistant to oils, greases and coolants.

For sealing valve covers, thermostat gaskets, oil pans, camshaft covers, water pumps and rear axle covers.

Use

• The surface must be dry and free from dust, dirt, grease and remains of the old seal.
• The sealant starts to dry after 5 minutes, is touch-resistant after 1 hour and fully dry after 24 hours.
• Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
