Castex Tyre repair vulcanizer AJD-Z 230 V

The Castex Vulcanizer AJD-Z is for repairing the tyres of cars, trucks and tractors. You use it on complicated damage where cold repair is not enough: it repairs the tread, shoulder and sidewall of the tyre.

The upper and lower heaters are mounted in a ball joint and each has its own switch, so you can use both or just one. The arm position adjusts by 90°, from vertical to horizontal. You set the heating time with a knob, up to 120 minutes, and a warning light shows that the vulcanizer is on. A retractable leg adjusts the height, and the base has a rubber cap. 6 replaceable dies are included.
