Autotools Tyre valve HP600 pack 100 pcs

The Autotools HP 600 is a high-pressure valve for the tubeless tyres of passenger cars, SUVs and vans, and also suits camper vans and transporters. It fits both steel and alloy rims and replaces the rubber valves TR412, TR413 and TR414. Mercedes fits these valves as original equipment on its van wheels.

The valve is made of brass and EPDM synthetic rubber. Each valve comes with a spring valve core with seal and a cap. The pack holds 100 valves.

Fitting and use

• The valve hole in the rim must be round, not oval, 11.3 mm (-0/+0.4 mm) and undamaged.
• Fit the valve with a tyre valve installer, do not stretch the valve, and use mounting paste.
• Once fitted, the valve must not protrude past the outer edge of the rim.
• On a steel rim the valve may bend by at most 25° after fitting; otherwise fit a metal valve.
• The maximum recommended speed with rubber valves is 180-210 km/h; above that, use metal valves.
• Tyre air pressure rises with tyre temperature. Above 7 bar working pressure, use metal valves rated to 14 bar.
• Improper storage ages the rubber and can cause cracks and pressure loss.
