Sata 1/4 6-point socket

A Sata 6-point socket with a 1/4" drive, in sizes 5.5, 6, 9, 11, 12 and 14 mm. The off-corner loading design puts the force on the flats of the nut or bolt rather than its corners, which reduces rounding. The socket has a thin wall and precise nut end dimensions. A knurled line on the body marks a metric (MM) socket, where SAE sockets carry a double line.

The socket is heat treated chrome vanadium alloy steel (Cr-V) with a full polish chrome finish. Do not use it on power drivers, pneumatic impact wrenches or extenders.
