Description

The ROOKS bit socket has a 1/2″ (12.5 mm) drive and a SPLINE tip for screws with a SPLINE profile. The precise profile fits the screw well and lowers the risk of damaging it. The socket is made of S2 steel, which resists deformation and breakage, and the bit seat and fastening are CrV steel. It comes in tip sizes M5 to M18 and in lengths of 55 mm and 100 mm.

It is meant for hand and machine work without impact. You use it with ratchets, extensions and handles with a 1/2″ drive, and with light-impact nut runners and impact wrenches. Do not use it with high-power impact tools, and check the wear of your tools regularly.

It suits maintenance, car repair, and assembly and disassembly work in workshops, garages and home repairs where SPLINE fasteners are used.
