The OSRAM COOL BLUE INTENSE HB4 is a 12 V halogen headlight lamp in ECE category HB4, with a P22d lamp base. It gives you extra white light with a color temperature up to 5000 K, close in tone to LED light, and up to 100% more brightness than the minimum requirements of ECE R112.
The silver cap design (H4/H7/H8/H11/HB4) suits headlights with clear glass.
