# Shipping & returns This page explains how your order reaches you and what to do if you want to send it back. The legal terms of the sale are in the [store terms of sale](/en/storetermsofsale). ## Where we deliver We deliver across Estonia. Four delivery methods are available: - **Parcel machine.** Choose the machine that suits you at checkout. You can search by town or street name. - **Courier.** The goods are brought to the address you give at checkout. The courier calls ahead, so do add a phone number. - **Pallet delivery.** Goods too heavy or large for a courier come on a pallet by tail-lift truck to the front of the house. We agree the day with you by phone. - **Pickup.** Collect the goods from our shop and warehouse at Mäealuse tn 10, box 5, Tallinn, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. Some goods, such as heavy or bulky tools and workshop equipment, do not fit in a parcel machine or are too heavy for a courier. In that case checkout offers only the methods that suit them and says so. ## Delivery price and time The delivery price, the free-delivery threshold and the estimated delivery time are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm the order. That way you always see the price in force rather than an old number sitting on a page. Goods usually reach you in Estonia within 2-5 working days by parcel locker and 3-7 working days by courier; goods already in our warehouse arrive sooner. Each product page and the checkout show the expected delivery date. ## Pickup If you choose pickup at checkout, we email you when the goods are ready for you at the shop. Collect them Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 and give your order number. ## Pallet delivery Pallet delivery has one price for the whole order, the same anywhere in Estonia, the islands included, and it never becomes free. We deliver orders on a pallet up to the weight limit shown at checkout; for anything heavier we quote the carriage separately. Once the goods are in our warehouse at Mäealuse, we call you to agree the delivery day, and we email you the day agreed. The truck sets the pallet down in front of the house and you take it on from there. The carrier calls before arriving. Please look the packaging over on receipt and note any damage on the delivery note. If the delivery fails on the agreed day because of you, for example nobody is there to receive it or the truck cannot reach the address, a second attempt costs the same as pallet delivery. ## Tracking Once your parcel is on its way we email you a tracking code so you can see where it is. ## Right of withdrawal You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply when the buyer is a legal person. The shop has a form for this: [Withdraw from contract here](/en/withdraw). Fill it in and confirm — we acknowledge receipt by email. You may also send a withdrawal notice to info@autotools.ee if you prefer. A free-form message naming the order number and the goods you are withdrawing from is enough. ## Returning the goods Return the goods within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice to: **Autojoy OÜ, Mäealuse tn 10, box 5, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia** You may open and try the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been used more than is needed to establish their nature and properties, or show signs of use or wear, you are liable for the reduction in value and we may reduce the refund accordingly. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification. ## Cost of returning You bear the cost of returning the goods. If the goods were defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return cost. Goods delivered on a pallet cannot normally be returned by post. You bear the cost of returning them, which is at most the price of pallet delivery. ## Refunds We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods reach us, or until you show that you have sent them. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one, we refund the cost of the cheapest method offered. What you paid for pallet delivery is refunded in full. ## Faulty goods If the goods are broken, do not work or are not what you ordered, write to info@autotools.ee or call +372 5077886. Include the order number, a description of the fault and a photo if you can. We are liable for a lack of conformity for two years. During the first year it is assumed the defect existed at handover. We repair or replace defective goods; if that is not possible, we refund you. We answer within 15 days. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, or for defects that arose after handover, for example through incorrect installation or use. ## Questions Write to info@autotools.ee or call +372 5077886.
