## Description

Technicqll GEL for PP, PE is a kit for bonding hard-to-bond plastics: it joins polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PTFE (Teflon) parts to each other and to other materials. The kit holds a new-generation cyanoacrylate adhesive in gel form and a liquid primer that prepares the polyolefin surfaces for bonding. The adhesive is colourless and waterproof, and the gel does not run off vertical surfaces.

It also bonds easily bonded materials: metal, aluminium, rubber, silicone rubber, hard plastics such as PVC and ABS, wood, ceramics, concrete, glass, plywood, leather, cork, stone, paper and cardboard. You can use it on rigid and on flexible materials.

**How to use**

- Roughen the surfaces with sandpaper and clean them of dust and grease.
- Apply a thin layer of primer to the PP, PE or PTFE surface only. Easily bonded materials such as metal, PVC or rubber get no primer.
- 2-3 coats of primer at 1-minute intervals are recommended. Wait 3-4 minutes after the last coat.
- Apply a thin layer of gel to one of the surfaces only. The thinner the layer, the stronger the joint.
- Join the parts quickly and correctly aligned, press them firmly together and hold them still for a few seconds.
- Bond at room temperature and 50-60% relative humidity. Too much humidity or too thick a layer can leave a white bloom on the surfaces.

**Warning**

- Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
- IF SWALLOWED: immediately call a poison centre or a doctor. Do not induce vomiting.
- IF ON SKIN: wash with plenty of soap and water.
- Dispose of the contents and container in line with the waste regulations in force.
