## Description

OSRAM XENARC COOL BLUE INTENSE D8S is a xenon (HID) bulb in ECE category D8S. A metal halide filling inside the burner gives extra white light with a color temperature of up to 6200 K. Measured in a headlamp, the bulb gives up to 150% more brightness than the minimum requirements of ECE R98. OSRAM's footnote to these figures names the lamp types D1S, D2S, D3S, D4S and D8S.
