## Description

OSRAM BATTERYcharge 405 ESSENTIAL is a 5 A smart battery charger and battery maintainer for 6 V and 12 V vehicle batteries. It suits most cars, motorcycles and smaller vehicles, including those with a Start/Stop system, and works with lithium as well as lead (AGM/Lead) batteries.

The charger adapts charging to the state of the battery and switches to long-term maintenance mode when the battery is full. Lithium batteries get a 7-stage charging cycle, lead acid and AGM batteries a 9-stage cycle. Winter mode protects the battery in cold temperatures, and the digital display lets you follow the charging.
