## Description

Loctite 2701 is an extra strong threadlocker for heavily loaded bolts, nuts and studs. It keeps the thread from working loose under vibration and seals it at the same time. Use it on permanent threaded joints that you do not need to take apart often: with ordinary tools the joint is hard to undo, so heat it to 150 °C before you dismantle it.

It suits all threaded joints, stainless and zinc-coated steel included, and you can also use it to retain shafts in sleeves. Wipe off any excess with a dry cloth or cleaning paper.

- Threaded joints in the gearbox, steering, axle and engine mounts
- Locking and sealing the threaded joints of the cylinder head
- Camshaft drive gear
- Studs in the cylinder head and in pump housings

- If skin irritation or rash occurs: get medical advice.
- If eye irritation persists: get medical advice.
- Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.
- Store locked up.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with applicable waste regulations.
