## Description

These three compact hub clamp spreader sockets hold the strut clamp in the hub open, so you can remove and fit a suspension strut without taking the hub off the vehicle. They fit various BMW, Citroën, Ford, Peugeot and VW Group models.

The sockets have specially shaped oval ends. Slide the oval end into the slot in the hub and turn it 90 degrees to open the joint. Use them with a 1/2" drive wrench.

You can use them together with spring compressors and Macpherson strut removal kits, such as Laser Tools 7673 and 7404.
