## Description

Technicqll Quartz Filler is a kit of a fine-grained, loose filler based on chemically activated quartz and a colourless liquid instant adhesive. The filler is made for use with cyanoacrylate adhesives. You use it to fill gaps and cracks, seal holes and strengthen joints, above all where the joint gap is too large for the adhesive to set on its own. The filler cures the joint at once.

The kit works on all materials except polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PTFE. Use it to fill missing pieces in porcelain and ceramic figures, to build models and mock-ups and to reinforce the seat of decorative parts. Once cured, the surface can be worked, sanded and painted. The repair is waterproof and weatherproof.

**How to use**

- The parts must be clean and dry.
- Apply the adhesive and the quartz powder to the area you repair or reinforce in alternating layers: adhesive, filler, adhesive, filler.
- Leave the repaired part to dry fully for about 24 hours.
- Once it has cured, you can work the surface.

**Warning: quartz filler**

- Contains calcium oxide, potassium oxide and sodium oxide.
- Causes severe skin burns and eye damage.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
- IF ON SKIN (or hair): take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.
- IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
- Store locked up.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with applicable waste regulations.

**Warning: adhesive**

- Cyanoacrylate. Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds.
- Causes skin irritation.
- Causes serious eye irritation.
- May cause respiratory irritation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
- IF ON SKIN: wash with plenty of soap and water.
- IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with applicable waste regulations.
