## Description

CIA - Elastic 4410 is a black Technicqll cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with powdered rubber added. The bond line stays flexible, so the adhesive suits flexible joints and parts exposed to vibration. It cures by the moisture the bonded surface absorbs from the air, and its black colour suits dark surfaces.

Use it to bond gaskets and O-rings, join flexible hoses, fix car gaskets and repair conveyor belts and speaker membranes. It suits natural and synthetic rubber and other flexible materials, and it also bonds metal, aluminium, glass, plastics (PVC, ABS), wood, ceramics, leather, cork, stone, paper and cardboard.

**How to use**

- The surfaces must be smooth, clean, degreased and dry.
- Bond at room temperature and 50-60% relative humidity.
- Apply the adhesive to one surface; one drop is usually enough. The thinner the layer, the stronger the bond.
- Join the parts at once, check that they are aligned, press them together and hold them still for a dozen seconds or so. Do not move or realign them while the adhesive sets.
- Too much humidity or too thick a layer can leave a white bloom on the bonded surfaces.
- Remove excess adhesive with Technicqll instant adhesive remover P-093.
- For PP, PE and PTFE, use an instant adhesive with primer: the PP and PE adhesive X935 or the PP and PE gel C-086.
- In dry air or at low temperature, use the instant adhesive with activator X-942.

**Warning**

- Cyanoacrylate. Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds.
- Causes skin irritation.
- Causes serious eye irritation.
- May cause respiratory irritation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection.
- IF ON SKIN: wash with plenty of soap and water.
- IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
- If eye irritation persists: get medical advice.
- If skin irritation occurs: get medical advice.
- Dispose of the contents and container in accordance with applicable waste regulations.
