## Description

Technicqll Epoxy Glue Metal is a two-component epoxy adhesive, the so-called "liquid metal", for precise repairs of metal parts damaged by rust or cracking. Its metal fillers conduct heat and reduce the expansion of the joint. The adhesive protects against corrosion and withstands machining, liquids and chemical compounds.

You can also use it to join different materials to each other, for example concrete to iron or hard rubber to cast iron.

**Uses**

- Sealing cast iron, cast steel and non-ferrous alloy castings
- Rebuilding worn bearing seats, splines, threads and guides
- Sealing fuel tanks, heat exchangers such as radiators, oil pans and engine blocks
- Sealing cracked pumps, such as a water pump
- Repairing agricultural equipment

**Suitable materials**

- Aluminium, stainless steel, iron, cast iron, bronze and brass
- Stone, glass, wood, ceramics, porcelain, concrete, brick
- Gold, silver, cork
- Most plastics

**Do not use**

- For bonding PE, PP, PTFE and silicone rubber
- On thick-walled castings, because the temperature in them rises too high during cross-linking

**How to use**

- Roughen the surfaces with a file or sandpaper.
- Remove all particles and grease from the surfaces, for example with a degreaser.
- Mix the resin (A) and the hardener (B) thoroughly at 1:1 by volume.
- Apply the mix to one of the surfaces.
- Press the parts firmly together and hold them still for 120 minutes.

- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Avoid release to the environment.
- IF ON SKIN (or hair): take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.
- IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
